Dr. Bobs Medical Jobs was the dream of Jeffery Fadel, M.D., a recovering orthopedic surgeon from
Louisville, Ky. Dr. Fadel felt strongly that there should be a medical placement company that catered exclusively to healthcare professionals in recovery. “Professionals in recovery need someone to hold their hand and let them know that they have worth and can once again be a valuable part of a healthcare team.”
After articulating his ideas to Jim Jennings, M.D. (Executive Director of the Kentucky Health Foundation), and Liz Hornback, his clinical coordinator, that dream became reality. |

| Dr. Bobs Medical Jobs, Inc. was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 2008 to assist recovering healthcare professionals in the arduous task of finding employment. |
Finding the perfect job, (as a healthcare provider) could not be more difficult and daunting than it is for you, if you have recently been through the rigors of alcohol or drug rehabilitation and all the problems and stigmas associated with it. |
